Cianide - Hell's Rebirth
I’d really like to know what inspires and motivates those death metal bands that make the exact same music as all the other bands to record yet another album filled with the same stuff we have heard over and over again. I mean, even the hardcore fans must get bored by this crap by now?!?! Ah well…
You’d suppose I’d heard about a death metal band with a history that goes back over fifteen years. No I didn’t. That’s because their music is outdated, boring and probably still exactly the same as fifteen years ago!!!!
I will name all the positive things about this album I can find, which is not that much.
- a bit of doom metal mixed in the music
- tight drumming (not very interesting though)
Well, actually, just the last track comes close to doom metal, the rest is garbage in my eyes. I do not comprehend why anyone would buy and listen to this stuff for fun. There are so much more better bands in this genre, that I can’t see why someone would release an album like this.
The negative things:
- haven’t heard one thing on the entire album I haven’t heard before from all three musicians
- terrible grunts
And those are enough reasons for me NOT to listen to any more of their work. I’m sorry if I seem kind of negative in this review, but I’m just fed up with hearing the same shit over and over again. I know that there are certain people that like to listen to the same stuff from different bands over and over again, I’m just not one of them.
