IN SOLITUDE" title="Search for IN SOLITUDE">IN SOLITUDE from Uppsala have been around since 2002. Their third album „Sister“ came out last year and the band looks back to a succesfull carreer. This being their first headlining tour. Their music mixes up dark atmospheres comparative with Mercyful Fate along with double guitar attacks that you might know from Iron Maiden. The ideal mix between good old headbanging Heavy Metal and more dark, occult, gloomy influences.
Co-headlining are Finnish hyped postpunk sensation BEASTMILK. Their album ‘Climax’ rose quite a stir in the underground movement. Somewhere captured between Horrorpunk, Postpunk and Sleaze Metal, BEASTMILK could already convince fans and journalists. Musically they remind of a more gloomy, heavy version of Joy Division.
