Dying Fetus - Stop At Nothing
Dying Fetus is a quite big name in the Death Metal scene. They have proven that they can produce a brutal sound. With albums like Killing On Adrenaline they can surely compete with the best. Stop At Nothing is the new album, which we are going to review.

The album starts with Schematics, which starts with a short intro, after the intro the guitars/bass and drums kick in and the first impression is a brutal one. The song is quite messy in sound but it somehow fits great in the style of Dying Fetus. The vocals are again destructive with screams and grunts. The whole album sounds just fine. But there are some small remarks. Sometimes you can listen to a song and not knowing if youve heard it before. Yes, the originality. I can be a stupid critic by not appreciating the music. I dont care for originality, not with bands like Dying Fetus. Its surprising when Death Metal is original these days, although there are some very creative bands in the world. Songs like One Shoot, One Kill, Forced Elimination and the destroying title track Stop At Nothing fly through the speakers and I had to turn the volume down because I almost blew them up. With the barfing vocals of both Vince Matthews and John Gallagher and the brutal guitar/drum work Dying Fetus have created a quite strong album thatll suit many death metal fans.
The originality isnt high, but damn I dont care about that. This album will certainly get high aces when played live.
